I recently lived at UNITi Bishop Arts, and overall it’s a nice modern apartment community in a great location. Marissa was super helpful and attended to all my needs! The staff is super friendly. Also, the building is new and has good amenities, and utilities being included is a plus. Can’t recommend this place enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Staff, Even Better Home! The team here is what truly sets this place apart. Jonathan and Marissa are absolutely wonderful — always friendly, quick to help, and they genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or a maintenance issue, they’ve handled it with a smile and zero hassle. It’s so rare to have staff that make you feel like more than just a tenant. Close to public transit, parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Management and maintenance are very responsive. All issues are usually handled within a week. Safe. No pests. Only small improvement: other residents should be more considerate in using trash rooms; maybe cameras would force accountability.

I’ve been staying here for 3 months now & I’ve liked the experience. The move in was easy, the parking is great also staff were responsive and helpful especially Marissa she took care of all my concerns and made my living here smooth! I also appreciate the help of Johnathan he does great as well.

I loved living here for the past year. The environment has been a solid stay and the staff have been great to me year-round. With my initial two months free for my lease, it was smooth sailing for my price range, but it is a little hard for me to know if I’ll renew this year without it. Hopefully, I can get that again and continue living in this lovely complex.

I had a great experience touring UNITi Bishop Arts, thanks to Jonathan. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. His hospitality was truly impressive and made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. Jonathan represents exactly the kind of professionalism and friendliness you want to see at the front of a leasing office. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything. His approach was genuine, and honestly, he had me convinced. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific unit type I was looking for at the moment, but the overall experience was still excellent. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Jonathan, he’ll take great care of you.
